Saltine Cracker Toffee Without Chocolate. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Stir until butter is slightly melted, then add sugar.

Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Line a medium sized cookie sheet with aluminum foil and then spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
