Pretzels With Caramel And Chocolate. Grease a cookie sheet with the vegetable oil. The caramel will be melty but not completely filing the holes of pretzels.
To serve, lift the bars out using the parchment overhang and transfer to a cutting board. Place on parchment paper to cool. A creamy caramel has some sort of milk added to it like heavy cream.
Begin with a parchment lined baking sheet.
Stir well and drizzle the melted caramel over the top of all of the pretzels.
Additional coarse salt is optional, of course, but I think it takes this right over the top. Melt the chocolate, using your preferred method of melting. Pour the caramel into a tall thin glass.
