Orange Creamsicle Poke Cake. Using a fork, poke holes in the top of the cake. Place the boiling water in a medium bowl and add the jello; whisk until the jello has completely dissolved.
Make sure to pour the soda in slowly, and mix until bubbles are gone and cake mix is incorporated. Bake in a pan according to box directions and toothpick comes out smooth. In another bowl, mix together your jello, water and sweetened condensed milk.
Carefully and slowly pour JELLO mixture over the top of the cake.
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to a large mixer bowl and combine.
Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package, using the eggs and orange juice (instead of water and oil). Once cake is done, poke holes all over the top and set aside. Slowly and gently pour the coffee creamer directly onto the ice to allow it to. sit on top of the orange soda and create an ombre effect.
