Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Cake. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Add the eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice extract, butter, and pumpkin pie spice.
Run processor until thick dough is formed and everything is well combined. This one is yellow cake on the bottom and a pumpkin pie flavored layer on top. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, and butter and mix well with a handheld electric mixer.
In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, egg and butter on low speed until combined.
To make the pumpkin gooey butter filling: Place the cream cheese and pumpkin in a large bowl and beat together until smooth.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, and stir well to combine. Pat the mixture evenly onto bottom of greased pan.
