Molten Chocolate Mug Cake. Stir in sugar, eggs, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. Add melted butter, milk, egg and vanilla extract.

Do not fully incorporate the coffee. Add flour and baking powder, and whisk in. Press truffles into the center of the mug, making sure they are completely submerged in the batter.
