Moist Red Velvet Cake. In a separate bowl mix together oil, vinegar, food coloring, and vanilla. Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring.
In a bowl, sift together the cake flour, chocolate pudding mix, cocoa powder, and salt. In a stand mixer whisk together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add in the eggs one at a time. Sift the Dry Ingredients and whisk to combine in a bowl.
Remove the cakes from the cake pans, and place them on cooling racks.

Mix together flour, sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to combine well.
