Make the glaze: Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Add eggs, warm water, buttermilk, sour cream, oil, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, canola oil, sour cream, and coffee.

Spray bundt pan with non stick baking spray.

Stir in sour cream, milk, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and baking powder.

Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar. Stir in coffee after it has cooled on low setting until completely. So much easier than making a layer cake!
