Let cool thoroughly, then cut into cubes about the size of a walnut.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy. In a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
