Place one layer of cake on cake stand and frost the top, then add the second layer and frost the rest of the cake. In a large bowl, mix oil and sugar together until combined. I call this my Matilda Cake because I swear it's just as good as the cake that Bruce Bogtrotter ate in Matilda.
