I found this craft idea from Pocket Full of Posies, but I modified it only slightly. God opens a path through the Red Sea for Moses and His People to escape from the Egyptians. Thematically, the Israelites, didn't just complain once…… Have the kids color the waves blue and have them glue them along the sides of the brown construction paper.

Color Moses and the hill with pencil crayons. Have the Egyptians pursue the Israelites to the edge of the sheet. The original Hebrew text instead states that Moses parted the waters of Yam Sūph, which is Hebrew for 'sea of reeds'.
